周向抽吸槽位置对跨声速压气机转子气动性能的影响

         

摘要

为了探究机匣周向抽吸槽位置对跨声速压气机转子气动性能的影响,利用数值仿真方法对其进行了研究.在抽吸流量为原型跨声速压气机转子近失速工况主流流量的1%时,对转子压气机原型与加入四种不同位置机匣槽抽吸处理的改型做流动特性的对比分析,结果表明:机匣周向槽抽吸槽可以改善激波结构,削弱甚至消除叶顶侧的低能流体积聚,使上端壁附近的流动更为顺畅.作用在低能流体中心位置的机匣抽吸槽对流动的改善效果更好,效率提高2.7%.%A numerical simulation study was carried out in order to investigate the influence of the aerodynamic per-formance of a transonic compressor rotor with a circumferential slot boundary layer suction at different locations. According to the comparative analysis between the singer rotor and the rotor with four kinds of circumferential casing slots, when the suction flow was 1% of the transonic compressor rotor′s main flow near the stall condition, the shock structure could be improved by a casing slot with a boundary layer suction, and the low energy fluid could be weakened, or even eliminated, in order to make the fluid flow more easily.The best flowage occurred when the casing slot was located at the central position of the low energy fluid.As a result, the efficiency improved by a max-imum of 2.7%.
