中小型深沟球轴承装配合套后发现手感不好及振动值部分超差,经分析后认定是由于内滚道测量仪支承点(压点)及测量点(表点)与内滚道之间产生点接触,造成滚道划伤。针对上述问题,对支承点及测量点的形状进行了改进,使其曲率接近滚道的曲率,很好地解决了滚道划伤的问题,振动值达到了要求。% Poor hand feel and part vibration values excess are found after set fitting of medium and small-sized deep groove ball bearings. Having been analyzed, the supporting point (pressing point) and measuring point (gage point) of inner ring groove measuring instrument are affirmed to be point contact with the inner ring groove, resulting from the scratch of groove. Supporting point and measuring point are modified in profile to make the both curvatures approximate that of the groove, solving splendidly the scratch of groove and making vibration value up to the requirement.
