轴承超声波自动清洗机喷淋系统改进

摘要

轴承超声波自动清洗机喷淋效果不佳，造成外圈内表面磁粉的清洗不彻底，轴承组装后旋转状态检查时，个别轴承产生异音现象。通过对喷淋系统的改进，提高了轴承一般修合格率%　　Because of the bad spray effect of ultrasonic bearing automatic washing machine, the inner surface magnetic cleaning of the outside ring of bearing was imperfect, when checking rotating status of assembled bearing, the individual bearing had a different sound phenomena.Through improving the spray system, the pass rate of bearing was raised.
