一种纸芯片简易加工方法及在邻二氮菲-铁络合物组成测定中的应用

         

摘要

纸芯片或纸流控分析芯片是新发展起来的一种分析技术。由于纸芯片技术在医学分析、环境分析及食品分析中的广泛应用前景,在高校中开展纸芯片的实验教学显得日益迫切。提出了一种纸芯片的简单加工技术,在此基础上设计了一个利用在纸芯片上邻二氮菲与亚铁离子的显色反应测定邻二氮菲-铁络合物组成的分析化学教学实验,实验结果与理论值相符合。%Microfluidic Paper-based Analytical Device is a newly developed analytical technique. There has been a growing need to teach paper-based microfluidic technology in teaching lab at universities, owing to its great potentials in medical testing, environmental testing and food analysis. A simple and low-cost method for fabrication of paper-based microfluidic devices was developed for determination of complexation ratio be⁃tween Fe2+ and 1,10-phenanthroline. The results determined by this method agreed well with that determined by the standard method, indicating that this presented method has great potential in teaching of analytical chemistry experiments.
