绿色健康产业：资源枯竭城市发展的最佳选择--以中国韶关市为例

摘要

Resource-based cities accumulate many contradictions and problems in the process of development because of the exhaustion of resources and lacking of overall planning .Taking Shaoguan city in China for example ,the paper analyzed the internal structure of Shaoguan's industry by shift-share method ,and found that the transformation and upgrading of Shaoguan's industry were imperative . After the analysis and evaluation of the resources in Shaoguan city with SWOT method ,the development strategy “green-health industry” was put forward to provide a bright way for the future development of resource-exhausted cities ,which was adopted by Shaoguan government .%资源型城市由于缺乏统筹规划和资源枯竭等原因，在其发展过程中积累了许多矛盾和问题。以中国韶关市为例，采用偏离-份额分析法对其产业进行分析，发现韶关市的产业转型升级势在必行。通过SWOT 分析法对韶关市的资源进行分析、评价，进而提出“绿色健康产业”发展战略，为资源枯竭型城市未来的发展探索一条光明之路。此发展方案已被韶关市政府所采纳。
