新型含吡唑基双噁二唑啉衍生物的合成与表征

Basing on the principle of activity superposition in drug design , taking 3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐5‐chloro‐4‐pyrazolocarbaldehyde and hydroquinone as the stating materials ,16 novel bi‐oxadiazoline derivatives containing pyrazole moiety are synthesized via a series of reactions .The successful completion of the 1 ,2 ,4‐oxadiazole ring is introduced into pyrazole ring .These compounds are determined by IR ,MS ,1 H‐NMR spectra .%基于药物设计中的活性叠加原理，以α‐氯代‐4‐取代苯甲醛肟和对苯二酚为起始原料，经过一系列的反应，将1，2，4‐噁二唑环引入到吡唑环中，合成了16种新型含吡唑基双噁二唑啉衍生物，并通过 IR，MS，1 H‐NMR对这些化合物进行了表征。
