对基于微环谐振腔的全光分组交换进行了研究。分析了微环谐振腔的双稳特性,通过一个铌酸锂调制器将一组随机序列调制到偏置信号上,设置一个重置信号,使得输入的数据信号以低透射态输出,设置信号输入时,数据信号输出路径发生改变,以高透射态输出,且设置信号和重置信号的脉冲宽度大于谐振腔电场建立时间。另外考虑了频率啁啾引起脉冲前后沿的脉冲波形振荡及对系统输出的影响,最终,实现了数据的分组交换。%This paper theoretically investigates all optical packet switching based on micro-ring resonator.U-sing the bistability characteristics of the micro-ring resonant cavity,we can obtain different output power of the two output ports.By controlling the set signal and the reset signal,we realize the interactive output of the data signal.Finally,we realize the data packet switching function.
