曼月乐治疗对子宫腺肌症患者子宫血流动力学及血清相关指标的影响

[ABSTRACT]Objective:To study and observe the influence degree of Mirena treatment for the uterine blood flow dynam-ics and serum related indexes of patients with uterine adenomyosis.Methods:A total of 58 patients with uterine adenomyosis who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,29 patients in the control group were treated with danazol,and 29 patients in the observation group were treated with Mirena.Then the total effective rate,adverse reaction rates,uterine blood flow dynamics indexes,serum MMP related indexes and other disease related indexes of the two groups be-fore the treatment and at first,third and sixth month after the treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate and adverse reaction rate of 29 patients in the observation group were both worse than that of 29 patients in the control group (P all<0.05).The uterine blood flow dynamics indexes,serum MMP related indexes and other disease related indexes of the two groups before the treatment all had no obvious differences (P >0.05).While the uterine blood flow dynamics indexes of the ob-servation group at different time after the treatment were all better than those of control group (P all<0.05).Conclusion:The Mirena treatment can effectively improve the uterine blood flow dynamics and serum related indexes of patients with uterine ad-enomyosis,its improvement role for the disease state is obvious,so its application value for the patients with uterine adenomy-osis is higher.%目的：：研究及观察曼月乐治疗对子宫腺肌症患者子宫血流动力学及血清相关指标的影响程度.方法：选取于本院收治的58例子宫腺肌症患者随机分为两组，对照组29例患者采用达那唑进行治疗，观察组29例患者则采用曼月乐进行治疗，然后将两组治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、治疗前和治疗后1个月、3个月及6个月的子宫动脉血流指标、血清 MMP 相关指标及其他疾病相关指标进行比较.结果：观察组治疗总有效率及不良反应发生率均明显好于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义(P ＜0．05)；两组治疗前子宫动脉血流指标、血清 MMP 相关指标及其他疾病相关指标比较，差异均无统计学意义(P＞0．05)；而观察组治疗后1个月、3个月及6个月子宫动脉血流指标均好于对照组，而血清 MMP 相关指标及其他疾病相关指标均低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义(P ＜0．05).结论：曼月乐治疗可有效地改善子宫腺肌症患者的子宫血流动力学及血清相关指标，对于疾病状态相关方面的改善作用明显，因此认为其在子宫腺肌症患者中的应用价值较高.
