慢性牙周炎龈沟液中Sema3A/Nrp1通路与炎症反应、骨质破坏的相关性研究

摘要

目的:研究慢性牙周炎龈沟液中Sema3A/Nrp1通路与炎症反应、骨质破坏的相关性.方法:选择在武汉市江夏区第一人民医院诊断为慢性牙周炎的49例患者作为C P组,同期体检且牙列完整的55例志愿者作为对照组.采集龈沟液并测定Sema3A/Nrp1、炎症反应指标、骨代谢产物、骨代谢分子的蛋白含量.结果:CP组龈沟液中Sema3A、Nrp1、PICP、Wnt1、β-catenin、OPG的蛋白含量均显著低于对照组,YKL40、CXCL16、ICAM1、HMBG1、SDF1α、ICTP、NTX、CTX、RANKL、5-LOX、LTB4的蛋白含量均显著高于对照组;CP患者龈沟液中Sema3A、Nrp1的蛋白含量与YKL40、CXCL16、ICAM1、HM-BG1、SDF1α、ICTP、NTX、CTX、RANKL、5-LOX、LTB4的蛋白含量呈负相关,与PICP、Wnt1、β-cate-nin、OPG的蛋白含量呈正相关.结论:慢性牙周炎龈沟液中Sema3A/Nrp1通路的抑制能够加重炎症反应、促进骨质破坏.%Objective:To study the correlation of Sema3A/Nrp1 pathway in gingival crevicular fluid of chronic periodon-titis with inflammatory response and bone destruction .Methods:A total of 49 patients who were diagnosed with chronic peri-odontitis in the First People's Hospital of Jiangxia District ,Wuhan City between July 2014 and January 2017 were selected as CP group ,and 55 volunteers who received physical examination during the same period and had complete dentition were select-ed as control group .Gingival crevicular fluid was collected to detect the protein levels of Sema 3A/Nrp1 ,inflammatory response indexes ,bone metabolites and bone metabolism molecules .Results:Sema3A ,Nrp1 ,PICP ,Wnt1 ,β-catenin ,and OPG protein levels in gingival crevicular fluid of CP group were significantly lower than those of control group while YKL 40 ,CXCL16 , ICAM1 ,HMBG1 ,SDF1α,ICTP ,NTX ,CTX ,RANKL ,5-LOX and LTB4 protein levels were significantly higher than those of control group ;Sema3A and Nrp1 protein levels in gingival crevicular fluid of CP patients were negatively correlated with YKL40 ,CXCL16 ,ICAM1 ,HMBG1 ,SDF1α,ICTP ,NTX ,CTX ,RANKL ,5-LOX and LTB4 protein levels ,and positively correlated with PICP ,Wnt1 ,β-catenin and OPG protein levels .Conclusion:The inhibition of Sema3A/Nrp1 pathway in gingi-val crevicular fluid of chronic periodontitis can aggravate inflammatory response and promote bone destruction .
