铁氧化物改性凹凸棒土吸附Sb(V)的性能研究

     

摘要

Attapulgite modified with iron oxide was used as a new type adsorbent for Sb(Ⅴ)from aqueous solu-tions. The effect of various parameters such as contact time,solution pH,anion species and ionic strength on the adsorption rate of Sb(Ⅴ)were assessed. Adsorption isomtherm models and kinetics models of the adsorption process were systhematically studied. The results show that 12 h were sufficient for the achievement of equilibri-um at pH=6. 8 and adsorbent dosage was 1 g/L. Sb(Ⅴ)sorption by Iron Oxide-modified attapulgite adsorbent strongly dependent on pH with the greatest adsorption occurring under acidic condition and decreased with in-crease in solution pH. Sb(Ⅴ)removal was promoted under higher ion strength conditions. Kinetics studies show that Sb(Ⅴ)adsorption kinetics is well-described by the pseudo-second-order kinetic model. The Sb(Ⅴ)ad-sorption isotherm fitted with both the Langmuir and Freundlich model very well,and the maximum adsorption ca-pacity was 31. 79 mg/g. The Sb(Ⅴ)adsorption function mechanism of adsorption was surface complrxation.%以凹凸棒土为原料,制备新型铁氧化物改性凹凸棒土除锑吸附剂。探讨吸附时间、pH值、竞争离子及离子强度对吸附Sb( V )性能的影响,并对其等温吸附特征和动力学进行研究。实验结果表明:当pH=6.8,投加吸附剂的量为1 g/L时,Sb(V)在铁氧化物改性凹凸棒土上的吸附平衡时间为12 h。pH显著影响铁氧化物改性凹凸棒土对Sb( V)的吸附,吸附量随着pH的增加而降低,增加离子强度对Sb( V)的吸附有一定的促进作用。铁氧化物改性凹凸棒土对Sb( V)吸附较好符合 Langmuir、Freundlich 等温吸附模型和准二级动力学方程,最大吸附量可达31.79 mg/g。吸附机制主要是羟基铁的内层表面络合吸附。
