本文梳理了国内外商业银行利用大数据实现客户、业务和市场增长的案例,分别就大数据洞察、全渠道营销、精准营销、大数据风控、大数据融资创新、大数据协作六个方面,提炼出商业银行实现客户、业务和市场增长的前提条件及路径,并提出了具体的战略建议.%This article explored the case of the domestic and foreign commercial banks that use big data to achieve customer, business and market growth; From the six aspects of big data insight, full channel marketing, precision marketing, big data risk control, big data financing and innovation, big data collaboration , it extracted prerequisite and path of customers, business and market growth for commercial bank , and put forward specific strategic recommendations.
