国家风景名胜区旅游资源管理体制变迁实证分析——以红枫湖为例

风景名胜区是我国旅游业的重要组成部分，其管理体制变迁所释放的能量成为推动我国旅游业不断发展的主要动力。在文献综述和多次实地调查的基础上，以贵州西线黄金旅游线路上的重要节点、国家级风景名胜区——红枫湖为样本地，用实证方法研究我国国家风景名胜区旅游资源管理体制的演变历程与旅游发展状况、管理体制变迁的原因，并对现行管理体制变迁的特征与旅游发展困境进行诠释和分析，以期为我国风景名胜区旅游管理体制的变革提供经验借鉴与理论指导。%Scenic spots are an important part in the tourist industry of our country. Therefore the changes in the management system will greatly improve the development of our tourism. The paper, based on the literature reviews and the fact findings, and takes Hongfeng Lake, the famous scenic spot in Guizhou as an example, discusses the changes, the changing reasons and the development in the management system of the tourism resource of national sce- nic spots. The paper also gives the annotation and analysis to the present management system, hoping to offer the experience and theoretical direction to the improvement of our management system for the tourism resource of our nation- al scenic spots.
