组织结构视角下统治大陆时期的国民党党力式微原因分析

在国民党统治大陆的22年时间里,其党力式微是显而易见的:在党内组织关系上,是"重上层、轻基层";在党、政 关系上,是党政分治、重政轻党;在党、军关系上,是"重军轻党","以军控党".国民党这样一种组织结构,难以为其"党治"提供有力保障. 国民党混乱的组织结构是国民党丢失大陆政权的重要原因.%The power of Kuomintang significantly declined during its 22-year ruling period over the Mainland of China.As for the intraparty organizational relations, Kuomintang "valued superstructure but despised the grassroots".And on the party-government relationship, Kuomintang separated the administration of the party and the government and put the government administration before the party ruling.When it comes to the party-army relationship, Kuomintang also paid much more attention to the army administration and regulated the party under the frame of the army.Such orderless organizational structure failed to provide its "party ruling" with a powerful support and finally contributed to the losing of its power over the Mainland of China.
