色诺芬通过描述了僭主政体下僭主灵魂的混乱状态和僭主与平民的对立，从而揭示出僭主政体下的统治秩序的失序现实。怀着一种对无序状态深深的恐惧，色诺芬抱着一种改良的态度来看待僭主政体，并提出了仁慈僭政的改革方案。色诺芬从僭主个人修养、雇佣兵制度和社会经济生活三个方面来论述仁慈僭主，并描绘仁慈僭主统治下的相对良好的社会秩序。%Xenophon revealed the order and disorder reality under the rule of the tyranny by describing the tyrant soul un- der the chaos and the opposition of tyranny and civilian. With a deep fear of disordered state, Xenophon held an im- proved attitude towards tyranny, and puts forward the reform plan of benevolent tyranny. Xenophon depicted the benevo- lent tyrant ruled under relatively good social order from the tyrant of personal accomplishment, mercenary system and the social economy life.
