本实验首次采用紫外-可见分光光度法对商陆根中γ-氨基丁酸的含量进行了测定,并用正交实验法对最佳提取条件进行了优化。结果显示:当温度为60℃、蒸馏水用量300ml、提取3次、每次3小时的条件提取时,γ-氨基丁酸的提取率最高。提取次数对γ-氨基丁酸提取率有显著影响,而提取温度、提取时间、蒸馏水用量无显著影响。%The content of γ-amino butyric acid in the root of Phytolaccae acinosa Roxb. was determined by the method of ultraviolet vlsible speetrophotometry for the first time in this experiment, and a systematical research on the main factolls and conditions for extracting γ- amino butyric acid was carried out by orthogonal experimental method. The conclusion is that the rate of extraction is highest when temperature is 60℃, 300 milliliters of distilled water, root is extracted three times and each extraction for three hours; The extraction times is contributive to the rate of extraction of T - Amino butyric acid, and the extraction temperature, hours and consumption of distilled water are a little contributive to it.
