整体护理在几种肛肠疾病手术患者中应用的临床效果观察

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of holistic nursing on patients with several general anorectal surgery.Methods:143 cases admitted to our hospital for anorectal surgery from January 2015 to December 2015 were randomly divided to an observation group with 72 cases and a control group with 71 cases.The control group of was given routine nursing,while the observation group received holistic nursing.The complications occurrence rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:After surgery,complication rate was 23.94％ in the control group,while it was 4.17％ in the observed group.Complication rate was significantly lower in observation group than in the control group.There was statistically significan difference (P ＜0.05).The overall satisfaction in the control group and in the observation group were 70.42％ and 93.06％ respectively.The overall satisfaction was significantly higher in the observation group than inthe control group,and the difference is statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Holistic nursing care can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,and improve patients' satisfaction.Patient compliance is good,which is worthy of clinical application.%目的:探讨整体护理用于几种普通的肛肠手术患者的临床效果.方法:选取我院自2015年1月～2015年12月间收治的143例肛肠手术患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组71例,进行常规护理,观察组72例,实施整体护理,比较两组患者并发症发生率和护理满意度.结果:对照组患者手术后并发症发生率为23.94％,而观察组患者手术后并发症发生率为4.17％,观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);对照组患者总体满意度70.42％,观察组患者为93.06％,观察组总体满意度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:整体护理能够有效降低患者并发症的发生率,提高患者护理满意度,患者依从性较好,值得临床推广应用.
