旅游网式供应系统的ANP战略决策模型

         

摘要

提出旅游网式供应系统内涵,运用ANP网络分析法建立了旅游网式供应系统战略决策模型,其指标体系的目标是旅游供需平衡,准则层包括找准需求点和迅速反应,网络层共6个指标即旅游服务、旅游人员、旅游物流、旅游E化、旅游金融、旅游规范.采用Super Decisions软件对2005、2008、2011年的数据组进行处理,快速实现了ANP模型的复杂计算,不同时期旅游网式供应的发展重点不同,从旅游网式供应组织关系、运作方式及服务流程阐述了旅游网式供应战略的实现.%Tourism net-supply system is defined and ANP strategic decision-making model based on ANP ( analytic network process) method is established. ANP network index system of the model consists of one target, two criterions in criteria cluster and six indexes in net cluster. The target is tourism supply-demand balance. One of the two criterions is finding out demand-points, the other is quick-response. The six indexes in net cluster are tourism service, tourism-human resource, tourism-logistics, e-tourism, tourism-finance, travel specialization. The data in 2005, 2008 and 2011 is done faster with Super Decisions (2003) software in the calculation of ANP. Finally, tourism net-supply strategy implementation is described with tourism net-supply relationship of organizations, operation model and service procedures.
