锻锤隔振基础动力特性实例分析

         

摘要

为了解决锻锤工作时冲击振动对环境的危害,以带混凝土配重块的锻锤隔振基础为例,从工程应用角度出发,根据振动理论建立了两自由度锻锤隔振基础体系模型,运用线性加速度方法计算冲击振动作用下的基础振动响应.同时还针对力学模型中的质量、刚度和阻尼等动力参数进行优化分析,并运用有限元方法分析混凝土配重块的冲击应力分布状况.锻锤隔振基础优化后的动态参数为:质量比60~ 110,隔振频率2.5~4.0 Hz,阻尼比0.2~0.3.%In order to solve the forging hammer vibration, two freedom degree models of forging hammer vibration isolation foundation are established by vibration theory, for the forging hammer vibration isolation foundation with concrete weight block. Vibration isolation foundation response to impact vibration is calculated by linear acceleration. Mass, stiffness and damping are optimized analytically. Impact stress distribution status of concrete weight block is also analysed by the finite element method. The optimized dynamic parameters are; mass ratio is 60 - 110; vibration isolation frequency is 2. 5 - 4. 0 Hz; damping ratio is 0. 2 - 0. 3.
