纳米级钙钛矿型钴酸镧的微波合成

         

摘要

采用微波辅助加热法合成了纳米级钙钛矿型钴酸镧,用热分析、X粉末衍射、能谱分析、扫描电镜分析和比表面分析等对样品进行性能表征。分析结果表明:500℃能使有机物充分分解和相转变完全;经过500℃焙烧后所有的样品均含有钙钛矿相,但杂相含量较高;当氢氧化钠过量(溶液中OH-的浓度达到约2 mol·L-1)时,可获得较纯的钙钛矿型钴酸镧粉体;能谱分析表明钴的价态是以+3价为主;钴酸镧粉体粒度为18 nm,比表面积31.0 m2·g-1。%Nanoscale lanthanum cobaltites with perovskite-type were successfully synthesized by microwave irra-diation and characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis,TGA analysis,SEM analysis,XPS techniques and BET analysis.The results show that pure perovskite-type nanoscale lanthanum cobaltites can be obtained when OH-consentration in the solution is more than 2 mol·L-1 ,and the average particles size is 18 nm,the surface area is 3 1.0 m2 ·g-1 .The XPS spectra shows that the oxidation level of cobalt in the perovskite-type nanoscale lan-thanum cobaltites is+3 mainly.
