基于光纤光栅的智能碳纤维板温度传感性能试验

             

摘要

By the high strength of carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) and the sensing characteristics of optical bragg grating (OFBG),the research developed a new kind of intelligent carbon fiber reinforced polymer to set the force and sensor (Abbreviation:CFRP-OFBG plate).Experiment studies the temperature sensing performance on the material of the CFRP-OFBG plate by the method of water bath,in order to collect and analyze the relevant data,such as wavelength,temperature and so on.We use the high-resolution FBG sensors demodulator GM8037 and Digital thermometer TM902C in the test.It turned out that the built-fit linear grating center wavelength of the optical fiber and the mean of the temperature can reach 0.973 9.The average temperature sensitivity coefficient of CFRP-OFBG plate is 11.745 pm/℃.So the temperature sensing performance of the CFRP-OFBG plate is good.%利用光纤光栅(OFBG)良好的感知性能与碳纤维板(CFRP)的高强特性,研制开发集受力与传感于一体的新型智能碳纤维板(CFRP-OFBG板).通过水浴法对CFRP-OFBG板进行温度传感性能试验,使用高分辨率光纤光栅传感器解调仪GM8037和数显温度计TM-902C对光纤光栅波长以及温度等相关数据进行采集分析,结果表明:其内嵌光纤光栅中心波长和温度的拟合线性度均值可以达到0.973 9,CFRP-OFBG板的温度传感灵敏系数均值为11.745 pm/℃,其温度传感性能良好.
