基于游客期望感知分析的旅游景区开发研究——以青龙瀑布为例

         

摘要

iA literature review about the use of fPA and the development of tourist attractions was elaborated in this paper. The tourists expectations and perception were obtained by questionnaires. Then 19 perception projects of Qinglong waterfall were eval- uated and discussed by fPA assessment based on the empirical research about Qinglong waterfall as travel destinations. Finally, it provides references for the effective development and utilization of Qinglong waterfall and the effective distribution of resources based on the comparison of the tourists' expectations and perception. The tourism infrastructure, environmental management, resource protection, marketing and brand building should be paid more attention to the development of the tourist attraction.%对IPA理论的运用及旅游景区开发进行了文献回顾,在此基础上,以青龙瀑布为研究对象,通过问卷的形式获得游客的期望绩效感知,继而采用重要性一绩效分析模型(IPA)研究方法对影响游客旅游体验的19项感知项目进行评价和讨论,为青龙瀑布景区的有效开发提供了对策及建议,强调了景区在开发过程中应充分重视旅游基础设施、环境管理、资源保护、营销推广及品牌建设等方面内容。
