两煎常压煎药机不同煎煮条件对复方丹参汤剂质量的影响

     

摘要

[目的]考察两煎常压煎药机不同煎煮条件对复方丹参汤剂质量的影响,确定最佳操作工艺.[方法]采用L9(34)正交试验法,以复方丹参汤剂中主要药物有效成分丹酚酸B为考察指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定煎出液有效成分的含量,对汤剂煎煮过程中的浸泡时间、煎煮加水量、一煎煮沸时间、二煎煮沸时间4个因素进行比较分析.[结果]影响复方丹参汤剂质量的主要因素为一煎煮沸时间和二煎煮沸时间,其次为煎煮加水量和浸泡时间.两煎常压煎药机制备复方丹参汤剂的最佳操作工艺为:药材煎煮前加水1 200 mL浸泡30 min,然后进行煎煮,一煎煮沸30 min,二煎煮沸10 min.[结论]采用两煎常压煎药机制备汤剂工艺合理、稳定,可有效提取药物有效成分.%Objective To study the effect of decoction conditions for Chinese herb double decocting non-pressurized machine on the quality of Compound Danshen Decoction (CDD) , and to optimize the boiling process. Methods This experiment took the extraction of salvianolic acid B as the inspection target, and U, (34) orthogonal testing method was used to analyze the effect of four factors including the immersion time, the volume of water added, the decoction time in the first time and the decoction time in the second time, on the quality of CDD. The content of salvianolic acid B was measured by HPLC. Results The most important factors were the decoction time in the first time and the decoction time in the second time, next came the immersion time and the volume of water added. The optimal boiling process was as follows; soaking the medicinal materials in 1200 mL water for 30 minutes, and then decocting the medicinal naterials 30 minutes in the first time and 10 minutes in the second time. Conclusion The boiling process for prepare CDD in Chinese herb double decocting non-pressurized machine is reasonable and stable, and is effective for the extraction of the effective compounds.
