乳腺癌患者围手术期不适因素分析及中西医护理对策

摘要

[目的]探讨乳腺癌患者围手术期不适因素及相关护理对策,提高对乳腺癌患者围手术期的护理水平.[方法]回顾性分析80例乳腺癌患者在术前、术后不适的可能原因,以及采取相应护理措施后患者的情况.[结果]根据乳腺癌患者在术前、术中、术后不适因素,给予充分的术前护理和术后采取个体化护理的有效措施控制并发症,80例乳腺癌患者均安全度过围手术期.[结论]针对乳腺癌患者围手术期不适因素给予相关护理手段,能有效解决患者的痛苦,提高患者生活质量.%Objective To discuss peri-operative discomforts and related nursing measures in breast cancer patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in 80 breast cancer patients. The reasons of the preoperative and postoperative discomforts were investigated, and the improvement after individual nursing care was also improved. Results Eighty breast cancer patients went safely through the perioperative period after adequate preoperative and postoperative individualized care based on the preoperative, operative and postoperative discomfort factors. Conclusion Individualized care for different peri-operative discomforts can effectively relieve the pain,and can improve their quality of life in breast cancer patients.
