Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Shugan Jieyu Capsules for the treatment of maintenance hemodialysis patients with insomnia. Methods Forty maintenance hemodialysis patients with insomnia were randomized into observation group and control group by random number table method,20 cases in each group. Patients of the two groups were given conventional maintenance hemodialysis and fundamental treatment for controlling blood pressure and glucose,regulating calcium-phosphorus metabolism,and relieving anemia. And additionally,the control group was treated with Estazolam Tablets orally,and the observation group was treated with Shugan Jieyu Capsules orally. By using Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scale,we investigated the changes of the quality of sleep in two groups before and after treatment,and evaluated the therapeutic effect. Results (1)After treatment,PSQI scores of the two groups were obviously decreased,and the difference was significant (P < 0.05 compared with those before treatment). The observation group had stronger effect on decreasing PSQI scores than the control group,the difference being significant(P < 0.05).(2)The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0% and that of the control group was 75.0%, the difference being significant (P<0.05). (3)During the treatment,adverse reaction of morning dizziness or drug dependence was not shown. Conclusion Shugan Jieyu Capsules exert certain therapeutic effect for the treatment of maintenance hemodialysis patients with insomnia by improving the quality of sleep.%[目的]探讨舒肝解郁胶囊对改善维持性血液透析患者失眠的影响.[方法]采用随机数字表法将40例行维持性血液透析伴失眠患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例.入组患者均给予基础性治疗(包括控制血压、血糖,纠正钙磷代谢及贫血症状等)和常规血液透析治疗,对照组患者给予艾司唑仑口服治疗,观察组患者给予舒肝解郁胶囊口服治疗.采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)量表评价2组患者治疗前后的睡眠质量变化情况及临床疗效.[结果](1)治疗后,2组患者PSQI评分均较治疗前明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组PSQI评分的下降作用明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).(2)观察组临床总有效率为90.0%,明显高于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).(3)在治疗过程中,观察组患者均未出现晨起头晕及药物依赖等不良反应.[结论]舒肝解郁胶囊能够显著改善维持性血液透析失眠患者的睡眠质量,临床疗效确切.
