Factors restricting the industrial transfer and location selection include economic factors and non-economic factors. Economic factors include factor endowment, market size, industrial structure, and industry agglomeration; while non-economic factors include government behavior, institutional arrangements, environmental protection, and investment environment. The combined action of economic and non-economic factors is responsible for the industrial transfer and location selection in Pearl River Delta.%制约产业转移及区位选择的因素包括经济因素与非经济因素。经济因素包括生产要素禀赋、市场规模、产业结构、产业聚集等；非经济因素包括政府行为、制度安排、环境保护、投资环境等。珠三角产业转移与区位选择则取决于上述经济因素与非经济因素的综合作用。
