As one of the effective means to solve the medium and low-income population's living difficulties,in-demnificatory housing construction has to be evaluated in speifics.This paper starts from the micro level and takes residential as the cut-in point by evaluating resident satisfaction of two typical indemnificatory housing communities,which are constnuted in different time.Principal component analysis and qualitative research are adopted in the paper.And then some suggestions are put forward for the construction of indemnificatory hous-ing.The study indicates that there are distinguishable residential satisfaction differences between the two typical indemnificatory housing——Tangde and Longgui community.Tangde is constructed earlier,and the satisfaction is higher than Longgui,but the overall satisfaction is still at the general level.Their satisfaction over physical environment is high while the satisfaction over cultural environment is low.Longgui community is constructed recently and the residents'overall living satisfaction level is relatively low,mainly manifested in the physical en-vironment of the community.%建设保障性住房作为国家解决中低收入人群居住困难问题的有效手段之一,需要对其具体建设成效进行评估.文章从微观层面出发,以社区居民为切入点,采用主成分分析和质性研究等方法,对广州市2个不同时期建设的典型保障房社区居民的居住满意度进行评价,进而对保障房建设提出一定建议.研究表明,棠德花苑和龙归城这2个典型保障房社区的居民居住满意度存在显著差异,棠德花苑作为早期建设的保障房社区,其居住满意度相对高于后期建设的龙归城,但总体满意度仍处于一般水平,呈现出"物质环境满意度高,人文环境满意度低"的特点.龙归城社区作为近期建设的保障房社区,其居民整体居住满意度水平较低,呈现出"对社区物质环境极不满意"的特点.
