Some fault frequency of bearing failure is low.These frequencies are susceptible to interference when diagnosed with acoustic holography.In this paper,the 4×4 microphone array is used to reconstruct the sound field of the bearing fault phase in coupling band,and then the high-frequency impact signal amplitude modula-tion characteristics of the bearing sound holographic reconstruction are adopted to identify faults.The experi-mental results show that the diagnostic method can effectively establish the association between the near -field holographic images and the bearing faults,locate the fault easily,and thus has important practical significance.%轴承故障部分特征频率较低,利用声全息技术进行诊断时容易受到干扰,而声信号中高频部分包含了丰富的故障信息.文章利用4×4传声器阵列,对轴承故障相位耦合频段的声场进行近场声全息重建,再通过重建面体现的高频冲击信号调幅特性,对轴承内滚道故障进行识别.实验结果表明,该诊断方法有效建立了成像结果与故障类型的关联,并能实现故障定位,具有重要的实用意义.
