微米级X-ray断层扫描技术在TiAl铸件无损检测中的应用

         

摘要

研究采用MU2000 X射线仪对Ti6Al4V合金的铸造工艺进行了研究。通过逐级放大倍率法对Ti6Al4V合金铸件的内部进行微观检测,X射线断层成像图片表明:铸件内部大部分区域呈现灰色,该灰色部位代表着铸件致密的结构,证明浇注工艺及型壳结构设计的合理性;同时,还观察到铸件内部存在气孔、缩孔和熔接痕缺陷。经分析认为:浇注温度、型壳预热温度偏低是导致产生气孔、缩孔缺陷的主要原因,而熔接痕缺陷则与浇注系统设计的不合理相关。%This study focuses on the casting process of Ti6Al4V alloy by means of MU2000 X-ray apparatus. The microcosmic detection for the inside of Ti6Al4V alloy casting was done by using of the method of magnification by degrees. The X-ray tomography shows that much of the inner region of casting appears gray. The gray area represents the dense microstructure of casting. It suggests that the casting process and the design of shell structure are reasonable. Defects like gas holes, shrinkage cavities and weld marks are also found in the inner region of casting at the same time. It is considered through analysis that the pouring temperature of Ti6Al4V alloy liquid and the preheating temperature of shell are lower than optimum is the main reason causing gas holes and shrinkage cavities, while the weld marks are related to the irrational design of casing system.
