In this paper, based on the feature that BIM can support the conversion of different formats of files, we compare the merits and demerits of different kinds of graphic software in the practical work and choose those with relatively better functions to do the research. This paper proposes different kinds of BIM software can cooperate with each other and analyzes the methods that may achieve the process. We confirm the possibility of collaborative function in BIM software and apply the 3D visualization into it.%本文以BIM软件平台可支持多种文件格式的互导为基础,通过分析和对比各类图形软件在实际运用中的优缺点,选择优缺点互补、文件格式兼容性良好的图形软件,并对这些图形软件进行整合和协调工作,提出多种BIM图形软件可以协同工作的可能性,探索基于BIM模型的可视化仿真技术的实现依据,并详细介绍其实现过程,使多种BIM软件协同工作,突破传统BIM平台软件的局限性,成功将三维可视化仿真技术运用到BIM模型中。
