某型汽车车门限位器结构及布置设计

     

摘要

This paper makes an analysis of the impact of the arrangement of the door checker position on the structure and performance under the various factors. Stress analysis of the door checker has been done on the condition of the upper, downhill and side slope respectively. By using the CATIA parametric model method, the force of the door opening and the torque of the door checker have been calculated. Trajectory curve of the door limit device is designed with CAD. Then we design computing verification of door checker position of lever and obtain the result that whether the structure design and arrangement of door checker meet the actual needs.%分析各种因素下车门限位器的布置对其结构和性能的影响,分别对车辆在上、下坡和侧坡工况下限位器的受力进行分析,通过CATIA参数化模型方法计算汽车车门开启力及车门限位器力矩的大小;采用CAD作图法设计限位器臂的轨迹曲线,对设计得出的限位器位置的力臂进行计算验证,从而得知车门限位器的结构及布置位置是否满足实际需求。
