校园网电子邮件故障处理策略研究

摘要

E-mail is an important service in campus network. In recent years, some emails of campus users are rejected by foreign email servers, seriously affecting the user's normal use. This paper analyzes the reasons causing this problem and provides some strategies and techniques for users and management to solve it. All strategies hove been proved effective by cases implemented in campus network.%电子邮件是校园网中最重要的服务之一.近年来,由于种种原因,校园网用户经常出现邮件被国外邮件服务器拒收的情况,严重影响了用户的使用.本文分析了影响邮件正常通信的主要原因,从技术、用户、监管等三个方面,提出了解决该问题的方法和策略,并结合具体案例进行了说明.
