科学发展观视域下的西江经济带循环型生态农业发展研究*

摘要

生态环境是人赖以生存和发展的基础，与农业生产活动密切相关。西江经济带是广西重要农业经济区，其农业生产发展状况直接影响到该区域经济社会发展以及人民生活水平。循环型生态农业是科学发展观的必然要求，是建设西江经济带生态文明，实现可持续发展的重要保证。西江经济带发展循环型生态农业有许多有利条件，但也存在不利因素。要在宣传、组织、科技、财政、政策法规等方面努力促进西江经济带循环型生态农业发展。%Ecological environment,the basic foundation for human survival and development,is closely associated with agricultural production activities.As an important agric-economic zone of Guangxi,Xi-jiang economic area's development is closely related to the economic and social develop-ment and people's living standards of this region.The recycling ecological agriculture is an essential demand of the scientific outlook on development and is an important guarantee for building the ecolog-ical civilization in Xi-jiang economic area and for achieving sustainable development.Although there are many favorable conditions for the development of the recycling ecological agriculture in Xi-jiang e-conomic area,there also exist some disadvantages.In order to promote the recycling ecological agri-culture development in Xi-jiang economic area,we should conduct efforts in the aspects of propagan-da,organization,technology,finance,policies and so on.
