优化应用型人才英语培养方案服务广西新发展

摘要

地方高校人才培养目标是应用型人才。目前广西正处于经济快速发展新时期,需要大批应用型人才。当前广西高校的大学英语教学与应用型人才培养存在着诸多脱轨之处。可以通过因地制宜设置课程、更新教学内容、优化教学模式、创新教学方法、完善评价方式、加强师资培养等途径优化应用型人才英语培养方案,以便更好地服务广西新发展。%The talent training target of local colleges and universities is applied talents.At present,Guangxi is in the new period of rapid economic development,needing a large number of applied talents.But now the college English teaching in some colleges and universities of Guangxi can＇t meet the requirements of the cultivation of applied talents.In order to serve the new development of Guangxi better,measures should be taken to optimize English training programs of applied talents,such as designing courses according to the local conditions,updating course contents,optimizing teaching modes,innovating teaching methods,perfecting evaluation methods,strengthening teachers＇ training and other ways.
