论出版者与作者的著作权保护

摘要

The most pressing problem is to respect and protect writhers and publishers＇ copyright and avoid all kinds of disputes over copyright. Based on the new revised Copyright Law of the People＇s Republic of China, this paper discusses some problems and countermeasures in copyright protection from two aspects of writers and publishers＇ copyright.%尊重和保护作者和出版者的著作权,避免各种著作权纠纷的产生,是一个十分紧迫的问题。根据新修改的《中华人民共和国著作权法》,从出版过程中作者的著作权和出版者的整体著作权两个方面讨论著作权保护中应注意的问题及对策。
