After the Tourism Laws of People's Republic of China was promulgated, the revision and improvement of the local comprehensive tourism laws and regulations is followed on the agenda. It should follow the guides of revision and improvement: the local legislative principles of not contradicting, being unique, and being actionable, prominent local characteristics, and focusing on the name, structure and content. Taking Jiangsu Tourism Administration Regulations as an example, tourism laws can be improved from the following aspects: scope of application, legislative principles, tourism industry organizations, tourism development planning, tourism products, government procurement, tourism public services, travel agencies, and sincere operation and service, and civilized tourism of scenic spots, in order to improve and perfect the legal system of local tourism in Jiangsu Province .%《中华人民共和国旅游法》颁布实施后,地方综合性旅游法规的修订与完善随之提上日程.在修订与完善地方综合性旅游法规时,应当遵循"不抵触、有特色、可操作"的地方立法原则,突出地方特点,并针对法规的名称、框架结构及内容进行修订与完善. 以《江苏省旅游管理条例》为例,可以围绕适用范围、立法原则、旅游行业组织、旅游发展规划、旅游产品、政府采购、旅游公共服务、旅行社和景区的经营与服务、诚信经营与文明旅游等内容进行完善,从而健全与完善江苏省地方旅游法律体系.
