Objective:To explore the effect of sertraline hydrochloride combined with structured family therapy on the quality of life in elderly depressive patients.Methods:A total of 90 elderly patients with depression were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received sertraline hydrochloride treatment,and those in the observation group were treated as the control group with addition of structured family therapy for 8 weeks.Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17) ,Automated Thinking Questionnaire(ATQ) and Chinese version of Family Environment Scale(FES-CV) scores as well as the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After 8weeks of treatment, the HAMD-17 score,ATQ score and FES-CV score were significantly improved in both groups,and the improvement was more obvious in the observation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sertraline hydrochloride combined with structured family therapy could improve the family environment of senile depression patients,enhance the intimacy of family members,increase cultural entertainment activities and emotional communication among family members,promote family harmony,and greatly improve the quality of life.%目的:探讨盐酸舍曲林联合结构式家庭治疗对老年抑郁症患者生活质量的影响.方法:将2017年2—12月在广西壮族自治区人民医院心理康复中心住院及门诊就诊的老年抑郁症患者90例按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每45例.对照组给予盐酸舍曲林治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合结构式家庭治疗,疗程均为8周.比较两组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评分、自动思维问卷(ATQ)评分及家庭环境量表中文版(FES-CV)评分,以及不良反应发生率.结果:治疗8周后,两组HAMD-17评分、ATQ评分及FES-CV量表中矛盾性和控制性因子评分均较治疗前显著降低,亲密度、情感表达、娱乐性等8个因子评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组各量表评分改善更为明显(均P<0.05).治疗期间,两组总不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:盐酸舍曲林结合结构式家庭治疗,能显著改善老年抑郁症患者的家庭环境,提高家庭成员的亲密度,增加家庭内部文化娱乐活动和家庭成员之间的情感沟通,促进家庭和谐,较大程度改善患者的生活质量.
