经腹胃超声检查在诊断老年胃癌患者中的应用

摘要

目的:探讨经腹胃超声检查在诊断老年胃癌患者中的应用价值.方法:回顾性分析2013年12月至2016年7月在广西医科大学第一附属医院经超声诊断为胃癌的30例老年患者的临床资料,与术后病理结果比较,分析经腹胃超声检查的诊断符合率.结果:经病理诊断证实为胃癌的患者26例,超声诊断符合率为86.7％;其中病灶位于胃窦部的患者19例,占73.1％;伴淋巴结转移5例,占19.2％;病灶位于胃体的患者5例,占19.2％;病灶位于贲门的患者2例,占7.7％.结论:经腹胃超声检查对于老年胃癌患者的诊断准确性较好,可用于胃癌筛查.%Objective:To explore the value of abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of elderly patients with gastric cancer.Methods:Clinical data from 30 elderly patients diagnosed as gastric cancer by ultrasound were analyzed,and the results were compared with the results of pathology.Results:26 cases were confirmed as gastric cancer by pathology,the accordance rate was 86.7％.19 lesions located in the gastric antrum,accounting for 73.1％;5 lesions with lymph node metastasis,accounting for 19.2％;5 lesions in the body of stomach,accounting for 19.2％;2 lesions in the cardia,accounting for 7.7％.Conclusion:Abdominal ultrasound provides high accuracy for screening and diagnosing gastric cancer.
