血清IGF-1、TSGF水平在儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病中的相关性研究

Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) and tumor specific growth factor (TSGF) levels and childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).Methods:46 children with ALL in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected as a study group,and 45 childen with surgical diseases were selected as a control group.The IGF-1 level in serum was measured by immunoradiometric assay.The TSGF level in serum was determined by chromogenic method.Results:Before treatment,serum IGF-1 and TSGF levels of study group were obviously higher than those of control group (P＜0.05).After six months of treatment,serum IGF-1 and TSGF levels in the study group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P＜0.05).Patients responded to treatment had lower IGF-1 and TSGF levels,compared with irresponsive ones (P＜0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum IGF-1 levels at pre-treatment and post-treatment were positively correlated with serum TSGF level (r=0.451,r=0.462;both P＜0.05).Conclusion:Increased serum IGF-1 and TSGF levels might be associated with the pathogenesis of ALL.The levels of IGF-1 and TSGF were valuable in predicting the clinical efficacy of childhood ALL.%目的:探讨血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)水平在儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)中的相关性.方法:选取2013年1月至2015年12月陕西省咸阳市延安大学咸阳医院收治的ALL儿童46例作为研究组,同期选取外科疾病患儿45例作为对照组.研究组患儿均采用CCLG-2008化疗方案进行治疗.采用平衡饱和竞争放射免疫分析技术测定血清IGF-1水平,用化学显色法测定血清TSGF水平.结果:治疗前,研究组血清IGF-1、TSGF水平[(33.65±4.16)μg/L、(79.03±11.32)U/mL]明显高于对照组[(18.56±3.65)μg/L、(50.86±8.69) U/mL],差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).治疗6个月后,ALL患儿血清IGF-1、TSGF水平[(21.48±4.02)μg/L、(62.33±9.02) U/mL]明显低于治疗前(P＜0.05).治疗有效组血清IGF 1、TSGF水平[(19.25±3.76)μg/L、(54.16±8.41) U/mL]明显低于治疗无效组[(29.51±5.16)μg/L、(91.74±14.68) U/mL],差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).Pearson相关性分析显示,ALL患儿治疗前、后血清IGF-1与TSGF呈正相关关系(r=0.451、0.462,均P＜0.05).结论:血清IGF-1、TSGF水平可能与儿童ALL发病有关,且在预示临床疗效中具有重要的价值.
