男性不育患者精子包被抗体IgG阳性对其精液常规分析的影响

摘要

Objective:To explore the correlation between the results of IgG mixed antiglobulin reaction (IgG MAR) test and the main parameters of semen in male infertility patients from Guilin area,Guangxi.Methods:IgG MAR test was carried out in 200 male subjects from infertile couples.The sperm concentration,sperm motility,semen liquefaction time,semen volume and pH value were detected and compared between 42 IgG-positive patients and 158 IgG-negative patients.Results:The sperm concentration,percentage of spermatozoa progressive motility,semen volume,semen PH value,round cells concentration and sperm morphology in IgG-positive patients were similar to those in IgG-negative patients (P＞0.05),while semen liquefaction time was significantly different (P＜0.001).Conclusion:Abnormal semen liquefaction may lead to infertility in MAR IgG-positive patients from Guilin Area.%目的:探讨广西桂林地区男性不育患者精液中精子包被抗体IgG(MAR IgG)检测结果与其精液的主要参数的关联.方法:选取2015年11月至2016年10月到桂林医学院附属医院生殖医学中心就诊的200例桂林地区的男性不育患者作为研究对象,采用混合凝集反应检测患者精液的MAR IgG,根据MAR IgG检测结果分为MAR IgG阳性组(42例)和MAR IgG阴性对照组(158例),对比两组精液分析结果(精子浓度、前向运动精子活动率、精液液化时间、精液量、pH值、圆形细胞浓度、精子形态学)的差异.结果:两组精液液化时间异常率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.001),而精子浓度、前向运动精子活动率、精液量、pH值、圆形细胞浓度、精子形态学等指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:桂林地区MAR IgG阳性患者精液液化不良可能是其介导男性不育的一项重要途径.
