金双歧联合奥沙拉嗪钠对溃疡性结肠炎患者肠黏膜屏障功能及RAGE、sRAGE的影响

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of probiotics combined with olsalazine sodium on intestinal mucosal barrier function and RAGE,sRAGE in patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods:120 patients with ulcerative colitis treated in our hospital from October 2013 to August 2014 were selected and randomly divided into a Jinshuangqi treatment group,an olsalazine sodium treatment group and a combined treatment group,40 cases in each group.The clinical symptoms,intestinal endoscopic score,inflammatory response score,the intestinal mucosal barrier function,serum level of RAGE and sRAGE before and after treatment among three groups were compared.Results:After treatment,all scores were significantly reduced in the combined treatment group (P＜0.05),and the D-lactic acid,DAO,RAGE positive rate and sRAGE level were significantly reduced (P＜0.05) as well.The indicators in the other groups were not significantly changed after treatment.Therapeutic effect of combined treatment group was significantly better than the other two groups.Conclusion:Probiotics combined with olsalazine sodium could significantly improve the clinical symptoms and intestinal mucosal barrier function,as well as reduce the level of RAGE and sRAGE in patients with ulcerative colitis.%目的:探究金双歧联合奥沙拉嗪钠对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者肠黏膜屏障功能及RAGE、sRAGE的影响.方法:选取2013年10月至2014年8月陕西省商洛市第二人民医院收治的120例UC患者,随机分成金双歧治疗组、奥沙拉嗪钠治疗组和两种药物联合治疗组,每组40例.比较3组患者治疗前、后的临床症状、肠道内镜和炎症反应评分、肠黏膜屏障功能、RAGE、sRAGE等的变化情况.结果:治疗后,联合治疗组患者各项评分均显著降低(均P＜0.05),D-乳酸、DAO、RAGE阳性率、sRAGE水平显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05),而单独用药组治疗前、后以上指标比较差异均无统计学意义(均P＞0.05).结论:金双歧联合奥沙拉嗪钠治疗UC能够显著改善患者的临床症状和肠黏膜屏障功能,并降低RAGE及sRAGE的水平.
