用CuSO4为铜源,硫粉为硫源,无水乙醇为溶剂,在180℃,反应12 h,用溶剂热法制备了由纳米片自组装对称的凹多面体CuS微晶。用X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、透射电镜(TEM)及选区电子衍射( SAED)等对产物的成分、形状和尺寸进行了表征分析。结果表明,CuS微晶具有对称性凹多面体结构,该方法操作简单,反应条件温和并且有较高的重复性和可控性,是合成材料的一种有效方法。%Pure hexagonal copper sulfide micro-crystals with symmetric concaved polyhedrons were syn-thesized by ethanol solvothermal method and using CuSO 4 and S as raw materials , ethanol as solvent .The reaction was processed at 180 ℃for 12 h.The composition, shape and size of synthetic copper sulfide micro-crystals are characterized by the equipments of XRD , FESEM, TEM and SAED.The result reveals that the copper sulfide crystals are symmetric concaved polyhedrons .It is a simple, gentle and effective synthesis method for micro-crystals materials.
