政府管制经济政策的争论与思考

摘要

Government＇s control on some fields of economy market is to prevent monopolies and price gouging,to promote fairness and efficiency of market economy,and to maintain social stability.However,there are many controversial issues in the regulation history.Case analysis is expected to specify those controversial issues so as to learn from effective experience or regulatory failures and to regulate government＇s market economy controls.All aim at higher economic efficiency and social welfare maximization.%政府对市场经济的某些领域实施管制,是为了防止垄断和价格欺诈,促进市场经济的公平与效率,维持社会秩序的基本稳定。然而,在政府管制史上也存在着许多激烈争论。使用案例分析方法,对所争论问题进行了梳理,以期达到从中借鉴有效管制的经验和汲取管制失败的教训,思考政府究竟如何对市场经济实施管制,实现提高经济运行效率以及社会福利最大化的目的。
