高校辅导员专业化培养策略研究

摘要

The process of professional training for college counselors requires that college counselors should reflect on the methods and styles in the students’ work and keep studying the new problems that are put forward in the ideological and political education in order to overcome the“altitude sickness” in the work and develop professionally .Based on the specialized training ,we will construct a scientific and reason-able professional team by studying the rules of the counselors’ work ,to meet the need of the stable and orderly development of higher edu-cation in China .%高校辅导员专业化培养过程中需要辅导员不断反思学生工作过程中的方式、方法，不断研究大学生思想政治教育工作过程中的新问题，以此突破辅导员工作中的“高原反应”，朝着专业化方向发展。我们要以辅导员专业化培养为切入点，通过研究高校辅导员的工作规律，建构起科学合理的辅导员专业化队伍，达到辅导员专业化的水准要求，满足我国高等教育稳固和有序发展的需要。
