换热器失效及监测技术总结

摘要

Heat exchanger ,which is widely used in petrochemical engineering ,power ,steel and other industries ,is a very important kind of heat transfer equipment .This paper introduces the application background of heat exchanger ,and gives examples to illustrate some problems existing in the production in petrochemical industry .Directed at these problems ,the main methods of monitoring technology both at home and abroad have been summarized .Meanwhile ,the authors briefly describe the characteristics of the system used to monitor the large scale circulating water heat exchanger online with a nondestructive mixed -type testing technology of heat exchanger which is based on sound vi-bration sensor .%换热器是一种十分重要的换热设备，在石油化工、动力、钢铁等行业被广泛应用。介绍了换热器的应用背景及换热器在石油化工生产中存在的一些问题，进而针对存在的问题总结了现有国内外的主要监测技术，并对换热器基于振动声音传感器的复合式无损检测技术在线监测系统的特点进行了简要的描述。
