石油文化作为石油高校历史传承和积淀下来的一种特色校园文化，对提升高校人才培养质量，推动高校内涵式发展，助力高校“创强”战略实施具有重要的价值意义。当前，在社会转型时期价值观念多元化传播的时代背景下，高校石油文化传承创新面临着新的挑战，主要表现为石油精神流失现象严重，石油文化育人氛围淡化，石油文化学术创新能力不强等。扭转上述局面，实现石油文化在新的历史条件下的传承与发展，需要虚实结合，打造显性与隐性传播载体；需要校企互动，多层次构建石油文化培育体系；需要彰显个性，将石油文化融入大学校园文化之中；需要共建共享，构建大众化网络传播新平台；需要加强研究，推进石油文化内涵拓展和话语体系创新。%Petroleum culture as a kind of characteristic campus culture in GDUPT ,has an important value and significance in improving the quality of university’s personnel training ,promoting the development of the connotation of the University ,and helping implement“innovation to strengthen university”strategy .At present ,under the background of the social transformation ,the development of the oil culture in GDUPT faces new challenges ,such as the serious loss of the petroleum spirit ,the poor atmosphere of petroleum culture education ,and in-sufficient capability for the petroleum culture academic innovation .To reverse the above situation and realize the inheritance and develop-ment of the petroleum culture under the new historical conditions ,We need to make efforts as follows:First ,we should create a dominant and recessive communication carriers based on actual situations;Second ,we need the interaction between colleges and enterprises ,and multi-levels construction of oil culture system;Third ,we need to highlight the personality and put the oil culture into the university campus culture;Fourth ,we need to build and share a new platform for the dissemination of popular network;Fifth ,we need to strengthen research so as to promote the development of petroleum culture and discourse system innovation .
