高校学报女性编辑的SWOT分析及发展策略探讨

摘要

Female editors are playing an important role in the development of university journals in China.The internal resource and external environment for the female editors of university journals are analyzed based on the SWOT analysis method;in addition,some suggestions on self-development of the female editors are proposed from the three aspects of organization,editorial office and individual.The results can provide a reference for playing a better role of the female editors in their position and increasing the level of editorial team of university journals.%女性编辑在高校学报编辑队伍中占有很大的比重，为我国高校学报的发展做出了很大贡献。通过用 SWOT分析法，对高校学报女性编辑的内部资源与外部环境进行了剖析，并从组织、编辑部、个人3个方面提出促进女性编辑实现自我发展的建议，为更好地发挥高校学报女性编辑在职场中的作用、提高高校学报编辑队伍的整体水平提供参考。
