越南西塞4A 水电站施工成本管理

摘要

According to the actual construction process of SE SAN 4A hydropower station in Vietnam, this paper analyzes the hydropower station construction cost. In addition, the influences of construction cost budget, contract cost management and financial management on cost control for foreign hydropower station building are discussed, and the corresponding cost management suggestions are proposed.%　　结合越南西塞4A 水电站施工过程实际情况，对水电站施工成本进行分析，论述在国外水电站施工，其成本预算制定、合同成本管理和财务管理对成本控制的影响，提出在国外施工的成本管理建议。
