中叶水库泄洪洞、输水洞与导流洞结合布置方案的选定及优化

         

摘要

In order to overcome geographical constraints causing project siting, layout difficulties hub and solve some areas optimization of water resources development difficult problems, this paper combines with the planned new medium-sized reservoirs in Yunnan Zhongye Reservoir project, describes layout scheme of spillway tunnel,water conveyance tunnel, emptying and Diversion Tunnel, and the selection and optimization of diversion tunnel emptying with a combination of multi-hole type. The optimization program not only solves the hub caused by excessive difficulties in individual projects arranged, but also reduces quantities, saves the project investment, and releases the construction strength. Detailed analysis of the project can provide a reference for the overall layout program of similar dam projects.%为了克服地理条件约束造成的工程选址、枢纽布置困难,解决部分地区水资源开发难的问题,结合规划新建的中型水库云南省中叶水库枢纽工程,叙述了泄洪洞、输水隧洞、放空洞与导流洞一洞多用的结合型式布置方案的选定及优化,优化方案既解决了枢纽中单项工程过多造成布置的困难,又减少了工程量、节约了工程投资、降低了施工强度等,亦给以后类似枢纽工程的总体布置方案比选提供了参考借鉴案例.
