温度、盐度和照度对北方娄氏藻生长和叶绿素a含量的影响

         

摘要

通过单因子与正交实验研究不同温度、盐度和照度对北方娄氏藻(Lauderia borealis)生长和叶绿素a含量的影响.结果表明:不同温度、盐度和照度对北方娄氏藻的比增长率 μ 和叶绿素a含量影响有统计学意义(P<0.05).当温度为20~30℃,盐度为25~35,照度为2500~3500 lx时,北方娄氏藻比增长率较大,叶绿素a含量较高,适宜北方娄氏藻的生长.温度和盐度分别是影响北方娄氏藻生长速率和叶绿素a含量的最主要因素,温度25℃、盐度35、照度2500~3000 lx是北方娄氏藻生长的最优组合条件.%The effects of temperature, salinity and illuminance on the growth and chlorophyll a content of Lauderia borealis were studied by single factor and orthogonal experiment. The result showed that temperature, salinity and illumination intensities had significant influence on the growth and chlorophyll a content of L. borealis (P < 0.05). The growth rate and the chlorophyll a content were higher when the temperature was 20 - 30 ℃, salinity was 25 - 35, and illuminance was 2500 - 3500 lx, which were suitable for the growth of L. borealis. Orthogonal experiment results showed that the temperature and salinity were the main factor to affect the growth rate and the content of chlorophyll a of L. borealis, and L. borealis grew well when the temperature was 25 ℃, salinity was 35, and illuminance was 2500–3000 lx.
