研究了2000-2014年间广东贸易的现状和服务业的就业情况,建立了模型分析,发现出口导向率、工资水平对就业起到了积极的作用,但是进口渗透率、产出水平对就业的作用不明显.为进一步推动广东服务贸易的发展,以促进就业增长,提出了推动传统服务贸易的转型升级、发展服务外包、继续深化粤港澳的服务贸易合作、推动服务贸易区域协调发展等措施.%This paper studied the current situation of trade in Guangdong and the employment situation of service industry between 2000 and 2014.And through the establishment of model analysis, it is found that export-oriented rate and wage level have played a positive role in employment.However, import penetration rate and output level on the role of employment is not obvious.In order to further promote the development of services trade in Guangdong to promote employment growth, some measures have been put forward: to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional trade in services, to develop service outsourcing, to deepen the service trade cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and to promote the coordinated development of trade in services.
